A veteran educator with more than 28 years of experience, Donna leads program development, partnerships, storytelling, and global outreach. Her work centers on student voice, creativity, cultural exchange, and meaningful real-world learning.

Jenny Henry is the President of GLS. She brings more than two decades of teaching experience to Global Lighthouse Studios™. An innovative educator and passionate advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), she champions creative, student-centered learning that empowers young people to become thoughtful global citizens and changemakers.

Dr. Sandy Ayala brings more than 30 years of experience in education, music, and educational technology to Global Lighthouse Studios™. A professional musician and innovative educator with a doctorate in Special Education Technology, she is passionate about ensuring every student has access to meaningful, creative learning experiences. Sandy combines technology, the arts, and inclusive practices to inspire creativity, empower learners, and help students discover their unique potential.
